Siansonic Technology Limited was established in Beijing, beginning to develop and manufacture piezoelectric ceramic elements and ultrasonic transducers.
Replaced the traditional piezoelectric ceramics with silver electrode. Nickel electrode coated piezoelectric ceramics have higher corrosion resistant and more durable electrode layers, which opens the way for ultrasonic transducers used in liquid process.
More than 5 million ultrasonic atomizer transducers based on piezoelectric ceramics had been sold to all over the world for various humidifiers, medical inhalers, disinfection machines, etc.
The ultrasonic atomization device "ultrasonic spray nozzle" based on the principle of Langevin transducer had been successfully developed. Compared with the traditional piezoelectric wafer atomization, ultrasonic spray nozzles have a much higher capability of atomization and can be used in precision spray coating, spray pyrolysis, spray drying and other applications.
Siansonic had officially established the product line of ultrasonic coating systems based on ultrasonic spray nozzle technology, integrating with ultrasonic nozzles, liquid delivery system and electrical automation system, further opening the market of ultrasonic coating.
The development project of megasonic cleaning systems for semiconductor manufacturing was officially approved, aiming to fill this technical gap in China and assist the improvement of global semiconductor industry.
More than 200 sets of ultrasonic spray coating systems had been sold, including stent coating systems, balloon catheter coating systems and various ultrasonic coating systems for fuel cell, thin-film solar cell, photoresist, etc.
