The NanoMist ultrasonic nozzle is an ultrasonic atomizing nozzle with a very small spray width and ultra-low flow rate. It is based on ultrasonic spray nozzles technology and adopts a special liquid feeding device to achieve a smaller spray width and lower flow rate.
Therefore, it is very suitable for coating on small area of ultrasonic nebulizer transducer. The typical application of microspray ultrasonic nozzles is spray coating for drug eluted stent, especially small stents such as coronary stent and intracranial stent. Drugs such as rapamycin, paclitaxel, etc. are dissolved in an organic solvent to form a drug solution first, then the drug solution is atomized by microspray ultrasonic nozzles and uniformly spray it to the stent surface to form a uniform drug coating. The drug coating on the surface of the stent coated by microspray ultrasonic nozzles has no defects such as adhesion, pinholes and bubbles.
