Siansonic Nano Ultrasonic Aerosol Generator For Pyrolysis

Nano ultrasonic aerosol generator is an ultrasonic atomization device for ultra-fine atomized droplets generation. The mean diameter of atomized droplets can be only around 0.5 micron. It adopts ultrasonic atomization technology, which can spray the precursor solution or suspension evenly into the tube furnace for high-temperature spray pyrolysis to prepare ultra-fine powder. It is the atomization instrument in the spray pyrolysis system. The nano ultrasonic aerosol generator can be equipped with various types of flanges to connect with various tube furnaces. Using unique anti-corrosive ultrasonic atomizer transduce, the nano ultrasonic aerosol generator can work with various strong acid precursors and organic solvents, such as nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetone, tetrahydrofuran and so on.
