Siansonic Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Nozzle

The ultrasonic spray pyrolysis nozzle is a specific ultrasonic spray nozzle for ultrasonic spray pyrolysis to prepare ultra-fine powder. It has self-air cooling channel inside and a unique flange for easily connecting to various tube furnaces. The spray pyrolysis ultrasonic nozzle can uniformly atomize and spray the precursor solution into the tube furnace for pyrolysis process to produce ultra-fine powder, which is the atomizing device in the spray pyrolysis system. In addition, it also has built-in thermal couple inside which can real-time monitor the operating temperature of the ultrasonic nozzle. Ultrasonic spray pyrolysis nozzles can be used in R&D and pilot-scale spray pyrolysis systems to produce ultra-fine powder.
